Real estate prices and their disparities on the French coast.
After the health crisis, experts recorded a rise in prices on the Atlantic and Brittany. Since the beginning of 2023, prices have slowed but continued to rise on the French coast, with an average growth of 3.4% in 1 year and +12.8% in 2 years. However, significant disparities should be noted. The Bassin d'Arcachon is currently experiencing a price drop of 1.8%, Biarritz a drop of 2.7% and Lacanau a drop of 2.2%. Conversely, real estate prices on the Côte d'Azur continue to rise and tend to increase the average price nationally. They increased by 5.2% in one year, and by 14% in one year. Indeed, buyers in the PACA region are mostly foreigners and in fact are not affected by inflation in France and the economic situation in France.
